We offer drop off and pick up service 7 days a week.
From 7 am to 7 pm
WE HAVE EXPRESS CHECK-OUT SERVICES SO YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR BABIES ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS.
After hours 3 pm to 7 pm / Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPRESS CHECK-OUT:
We do require a credit card on file for this service. We will give you an itemized invoice and charge the card on file when you leave. Just give us an estimated pick-up window and our Belly Rub Crew Members will have their things packed and ready for your arrival.

Located in the Main Slumber Party Room , The Pawlor Room and The Suite Retreat Room
Our goal is for your fur babies to always be comfortable and safe which is far from a cold run or sterile room! We created our Slumber Party Rooms where your furry friends have a resting place similar to a bedroom. The oversized playpens are stylish and feel like home. The design is intended for use in our family room or other central locations so your pet would not feel disconnected from your home and family. Most importantly, the guilty feeling of “caging” your dog is gone as you ensure safety with a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing “bedroom

We do recommend if you have a pet at the top of our height limit (under 16in at the shoulders) and energetic you may want to book one of our Suites. If you book a Slumber party pen and your pet is a jumper and can jump out we will move them to Suite and Suite fees will be charged.

- We offer private bedroom suites for more privacy, peace, and quiet. Each suite has a TV and big fluffy bed
Activities
Your babies will not be cooped up in their bedrooms all day. Each day, they get hours of playtime in the Pawlor , The Garden Area (our indoor Park) and the Slumber Party Room.They get breaks for breakfast , lunch and dinner. We have a full-time Pawtivities Director who organizes games and all of the fun activities. When your babies are tired, she will ensure they have the quiet time they need.
Opportunities to socialize and play with other dogs are under trained supervision. We want to ensure your pets safety at all times.
Additionally, our Belly Rub Crew Members always will offer lots of one-on-one cuddle time. Snuggle time is always free!
