Welcome to Adorable Ankle Biters Bed & Biscuit! We are a boarding facility for small pets only. Here we cater to small dogs who are 16 inches at the shoulder blades or smaller. Our facility is designed to bring a warm and inviting feel of a southern Bed & Breakfast to make your furry best friends comfortable while they are away from their homes. We have many spaces that include a living room, private bedrooms, an indoor park that feels like the great outdoors and a separate party room for the lively and louder bunch. We offer one-on-one tuck in services, cuddle times, doggie massages, jacuzzi baths, breakfast in bed, and ice cream treats to make sure each furry friend is well looked after and loved on while you’re gone.
We are one of the only boarding facilities that only cater to small pets. Yes, we do discriminate! NO BIG DOGS ALLOWED! LOL. Additionally our space is different because we do not have cold concrete runs. What we do offer is our indoor park so your furry friends can play no matter the weather! We love lots of cushy warm blankets, soft spaces, and the sun is always shining at Adorable Ankle Biters Bed and Biscuit. Come visit us today!

About Adorable Ankle Biters
My name is Dena Craig, and I’m the owner and creator of Adorable Ankle Biters Bed and Biscuit Boarding and Daycare. I’ve operated Adorable Pets by Dena for over 34 years and have been a groomer for more than 44 years. I rented space from veterinarian Dr. Buck for 12 years, and through our partnership, I learned a great deal about animal health and care. Having spent so many years in the animal care industry, I’ve heard and seen all the horror stories about boarding pets. When I created Ankle Biters, I used everything I’d learned—especially what not to do—to design a calm, welcoming environment where pet owners can feel confident leaving their beloved pets. I believe I’ve succeeded—dogs never want to leave!
When pets stay with us, they’re only in their rooms for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime at 8:30 p.m. I believe in smaller playgroups to keep things calm, allowing my “belly rub crew” to give better care, assess each pet’s needs, and place them with companions they’ll get along with best.
Our facility is truly one of a kind, catering exclusively to small dogs under 16 inches at the shoulder blades. It’s something you have to see to believe—unique and unlike any other boarding or daycare. We feature an indoor park so pets never have to go outside, and our building is well soundproofed, making thunderstorms barely noticeable.
