When your Adorable Ankle Biters Purr instead of bark we have a place for them too. Our luxurious two-story cat condos offer them a comfortable space to lounge in along with access to Cat TV, ensuring they remain entertained and never experience a dull moment. But that’s not all! We also provide exclusive solo time for your feline friends, allowing them to explore and frolic around our specially designed-cat play area each day. So, come on over and let your adorable kitties experience an enchanting haven tailored just for them.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN:
This service is offered to try and make pick-up/drop-off times more convenient. Our concierge will call to go over everything for your pet’s stay the day prior to drop-off. Then, the day of drop-off one of our Belly Rub Crew Members will be happy to help you check-in quickly so you can be on your way in just a few minutes.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT:
We do require a credit card on file for this service. We will give you an itemized invoice and charge the card on file when you leave. Just give us an estimated pick-up window and our Belly Rub Crew Members will have their things packed and ready for your arrival.

SLUMBER PARTY PENS
Located in the Main Slumber Party Room and The Raise the Woof Room
Our goal is for your fur babies to always be comfortable and safe which is far from a cold run or sterile room! We created our Slumber Party Rooms where your furry friends have a resting place similar to a bedroom. The oversized playpens are stylish and feel like home. The design is intended for use in our family room or other central locations so your pet would not feel disconnected from your home and family. Most importantly, the guilty feeling of “caging” your dog is gone as you ensure safety with a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing “bedroom.”

We do recommend if you have a pet at the top of our height limit (under 16in at the shoulders) and energetic you may want to book one of our Suites. If you book a Slumber party pen and your pet is a jumper and can jump out we will move them to Suite and Suite fees will be charged.

Our Senior citizen’s room
This is a quieter room for the older babies and also for the shyer, more laid-back, quieter pups.
It offers small 4×4 Slumber Party pens. Loft apartment Suites and a quiet playroom.
Also, if available, it could be rented for a large family as a private suite.

Group Play
All boarding includes group play . Our play groups will never have more than 6 dogs in each group. Any more that that is Kaos!
Most dogs will be out for play except for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They may be put up for short breaks if they are playing to hard.
If your pet does not play well with others, they will get potty breaks (atleast 6 per day). We do offer private play time in 20 minute increments $15 each time.

Daily housekeeping-
Housekeeping service multiple times daily ensures everything is clean and tidy with fresh food and water. Bedding and pillows fluffed!
In-Room Dining-
Breakfast in Bed, Dinner, and treats in the evening. Service is provided based on your pet’s schedule at home. We will monitor and record how your pet is eating. We also offer add-ons on breakfast items and treats.

Activities
Your babies will not be cooped up in their bedrooms all day. Each day, they will get a couple of hours of playtime in the Pawlor/Raise the Woof Rooms and the Indoor park. We have a full-time Pawtivities Director who organizes games and all of the fun activities. When your babies are tired, she will ensure they have the quiet time they need.
Opportunities to socialize and play with other dogs are under trained supervision. We want to ensure your pets safety at all times.
Additionally, our Belly Rub Crew Members always will offer lots of one-on-one cuddle time. Snuggle time is always free!
